🌾 The Story of Abhay Shukla – From Suits to Soil
Once a man with a ₹15 lakh annual corporate package, international assignments across 8 countries, and a comfortable urban life…
Today, the creator of a 150-acre biodiversity paradise.
This is the inspiring journey of Abhay Shukla from Satna, Madhya Pradesh — a man who traded boardrooms for farmland, and transformed barren land into a thriving hub of organic diversity. 🌱
🧭 The Turning Point – Corporate to Farming
The pandemic became his wake-up call.
👉 “No job is permanent. The only true security lies in creating something of your own.”
With this belief, he founded Vaibhav Farms:
Started with just 1 acre.
Today it spreads across 150 acres (35 acres privately owned).
Back then, there was no electricity, no water supply, no proper road.
But with the hard work of his father and the determination of the family, barren soil was leveled, irrigation was built, and a new dream took root. 🚜
🌱 Soil to Biodiversity
What was once marshy, uneven land is now a “Biodiversity Hub” with over 100 crops.
🍎 Fruits: Apple, Orange, Sapota, Litchi, Fig, Mulberry, Guava, and year-round Mango varieties like Miyazaki & Noorjahan
🍇 Exotic: Blueberries
🌿 Medicinal Plants: Ashwagandha, Insulin Plant, Stevia, Giloy
🌳 Timber & Specialty: Red Sandalwood, Mahogany
Every plant here is more than a crop — it’s a story of resilience, vision, and reconnecting with nature.
👨👩👦 Family & Partnership
Abhay called his younger brother Alok back from Noida.
Together, they shaped Vaibhav Farms brick by brick, or rather — seed by seed.
The family stood as the backbone — leveling fields, arranging irrigation, and ensuring every resource was managed.
👉 True success = Family Patience Strategic Planning.
🌍 Future Dreams
Abhay is not stopping here. His vision goes beyond farming:
Rural Tourism – letting people experience authentic village life.
Eco-Tourism – promoting sustainable living and nature connection.
Expanding into rare, premium fruits and year-round varieties.
The farm is being built as a place not just to harvest crops, but to harvest experiences. 🌿

💡 Abhay Shukla’s journey proves one thing:
